The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful during our visit.

Good facilities including internet access within the rooms. Menus provided in both english & spanish. Very clean, modern environment

We like the location as it is very good for travelling to Santander, also as a base for visiting the coast. The hotel rooms are very pleasant and well equipped (except for no English channels on the tv) and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. It is also a safe are for leaving the car on the street overnight and the town itself, although a bit scruffy, has a lot of bars and shops.

Comfortable and spacious room, with a lovely large walk-in shower. The restaurant offered a great menu del dia, and the underground parking was secure. The hotel's location was convenient for picking up essentials at the nearby Carrefour. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. I had a great experience and would recommend it to others.

Conveniently located near a shopping center with plenty of parking. Quick and easy check-in process. Friendly restaurant staff and a decent restaurant. Secure underground parking for motorbikes available at a small fee. Regularly visited for the great location and access to a heated pool.

Convenient for transiting the area and in relation to Santander ferry port. Pleasant, friendly and clean.

Slight smell of chlorine from adjacent spa - but only in public rooms. Parking in hotel garage seemed expensive, but alternative probably possible in roads near hotel if not carrying lots of luggage, hotel is adjacent to large shopping centre.

The comfortable room, bar downstairs always open, location (close to Santander), friendliness of staff.

Parking is difficult outside because of the Spa within the hotel, which means one has to pay for garage parking.

The room had a spacious bathroom and I had a great time here, all the staff members were friendly and polite.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

The fact that the bar was completely closed all day Sunday and there was nothing available to eat or drink until the restaurant opened at 8.30 pm.

My room included a laptop-size safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed. The location was magnificent and super, in a drab industrial area 2km from town center facilities, and the bed comfortable😃

This place has a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the friendly staff, and it's conveniently located near a motorway with easy access to a shopping mall and supermarkets, making it a great choice for a stay.

Conveniently located outside the city center, with a 2km walk. Offers a gym and spa on-site. Clean rooms with connected options for families. Easy to find with Sat Nav. Close to a large supermarket and several restaurants.
